These terms and conditions govern your use of the Diet eBooks website and the purchase of digital products from it. Diet eBooks is operated by Red Bag Productions. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. About our products
All products sold on this site are digital eBooks delivered by download. No physical goods are shipped. Titles may be offered in one or more formats, such as PDF, ePub or Word.
2. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and payment is taken in GBP. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details. Prices may change from time to time, but the price shown at the point of purchase is the price you pay.
3. Delivery and access
After your payment is confirmed by PayPal, your purchase is recorded against your PayPal email address and transaction number. To download your eBooks, visit the secure downloads area and enter those details. Access is provided for your personal use.
4. Right to cancel and refunds
Because our products are digital and available immediately, by completing your purchase you agree that download begins straight away and you acknowledge that your statutory right to cancel may be lost once the download has started, in line with UK consumer law for digital content. Purchases are non-refundable except where an eBook is faulty. Full details are set out in our refund policy. If you experience a technical problem with a file, please contact us and we will put it right.
5. Licence and acceptable use
When you buy an eBook you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to read it. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or reproduce our eBooks in whole or in part without written permission.
6. Health disclaimer
Our eBooks provide general information about diet, nutrition and healthy eating. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, particularly if you have a medical condition.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss that was not foreseeable or that arises from your misuse of our products.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
