Refund policy

Last updated July 2026. This policy applies to all digital eBooks bought from Diet eBooks.

Everything we sell is digital content that is delivered by immediate download. Because of the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a purchase is complete, except where an eBook is faulty as set out below.

1. Digital products are non-refundable

When you buy an eBook, your download is made available straight away. By completing your purchase you agree that access begins immediately and you accept that this is not refundable simply because you have changed your mind, bought it by mistake, or no longer want it. This does not affect your legal rights where a product is faulty.

2. Faulty or damaged files

We want you to receive exactly what you paid for. If an eBook is faulty - for example the file will not download, will not open, is corrupted, is incomplete, or is materially not as described - we will put it right. In the first instance we will provide a working replacement file. If we are unable to supply a working file within a reasonable time, we will refund that title in full.

3. How to report a problem

If you think a file is faulty, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase. Tell us the title, the PayPal email address and transaction number used for the order, and a short description of the problem, including the device and format you were using. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly.

4. Duplicate or unauthorised payments

If you have been charged twice for the same order, or believe a payment was made without your authorisation, please contact us with your transaction details and we will investigate. Genuine duplicate charges will be refunded.

5. How refunds are paid

Where a refund is due, it is issued through PayPal to the account used for the original purchase. Please allow a few working days for it to appear.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy removes or reduces your legal rights under UK consumer law, including your rights in respect of digital content that is faulty or not as described. This policy sits alongside our terms and conditions.

This is a template for guidance and should be reviewed by a qualified adviser before you rely on it.
